CHILD SAFETY

Minor and Child Safety Policy

Effective date
August 16, 2026
Version
v0.3
Operator
Social Element Limited
Service
Olyoo

1. Our Position

The Service is a text-only sports social service for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). Any related content, solicitation, grooming, exploitation, sexualisation, transaction, or conduct that endangers a minor is strictly prohibited.

This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines (including Offline Activity Safety), and is published publicly on the official website and in the App.

2. 18+ Access Restriction

Persons under 18 may not register for, log in to, or use the Service. An adult may not create or manage an account on behalf of a minor.

During registration, users must provide their date of birth as requested on the relevant screen and declare that they are at least 18 years old. Providing a false age or circumventing age restrictions is a violation of this Policy.

If we discover, receive a report, or reasonably believe that an account is being used by a minor, we may immediately restrict, suspend, or ban the account. The Service does not currently provide an appeal channel.

If you believe that a user is under 18, report that user through the in-app reporting function. Do not disclose that person’s personal information in public content or direct messages.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content and Conduct

We strictly prohibit any content or conduct involving child sexual exploitation, abuse, or sexualisation, including but not limited to:

  • publishing, soliciting, creating, distributing, storing, trading, linking to, or directing others to obtain CSAM;
  • sexualised descriptions of minors, sexual advances toward minors, sexual harassment, sexual solicitation, grooming, blackmail, coercion, exploitation, or transactions involving minors;
  • impersonating a minor, or inducing or assisting a minor to circumvent age restrictions to use the Service;
  • contacting, recruiting, manipulating, or endangering a minor through an activity, chat, social interaction, or any other means;
  • sharing personally identifiable private information, precise location, contact details, or other information concerning a minor that may create a risk; or
  • promoting, justifying, encouraging, or facilitating any abuse, exploitation, or unlawful conduct involving a minor.

4. Reporting and Feedback

  1. If you find content, a user, an activity, a direct message, or a group message that may involve a minor’s safety, CSAE, or CSAM, immediately use the in-app reporting function. In-app reporting is the primary channel through which the Service handles such matters.
  2. You may also contact us about child-safety concerns at olyoo2026@outlook.com. Do not send, forward, or attach any illegal child sexual abuse material by email.
  3. Reports involving CSAE or CSAM are prioritised above other reports and handled as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of them. Other reports receive a response, or handling begins, within five business days after receipt. Where there is an immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; in-app reports and email do not replace emergency assistance.

5. Platform Measures

For content, activities, or accounts suspected of violating this Policy, we may remove, restrict, suspend, or ban them, or take other necessary measures to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where we identify CSAM ourselves or through a report, we will remove the content and act on the account concerned as soon as reasonably possible after obtaining actual knowledge of it, preserve the relevant records to the extent required by law, and report to the CyberTipline of the United States National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law, including United States federal law 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Where other unlawful content or conduct is involved, we may take the action applicable law requires and will cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement authorities.

To protect user safety, privacy, and related investigations, the Platform may not disclose all handling details to the reporting person or the affected account.

6. Contact Information and Updates

Public child-safety feedback email: olyoo2026@outlook.com

We may update this Policy in response to changes in law, regulatory requirements, or the Service, and will update the effective date on the official website and in the App.
